Carousels get saved and shared more than a lot of other posts, because people swipe through them like a mini lesson. The writing is what slows a lot of creators down.
This prompt from my toolbox scripts the whole thing slide by slide, plus a caption to go with it.
Write an 8-slide carousel post, slide by slide.
Topic: 5 ways to use one PLR article besides just publishing it
Who it's for: new PLR buyers who have a folder full of content they haven't touched
Platform: Facebook and Instagram
Slide 1: a hook headline that makes them swipe, 8 words or fewer.
Slides 2-6: one idea per slide, a short headline plus one or two sentences.
Slide 7: the one-line takeaway.
Slide 8: a call to action to save the post.
Keep the text on every slide short enough to read on a phone in two seconds. Then give me a short caption to go with it.
I ran it in Gemini on one of my favorite topics, getting more out of PLR. The hook slide came back at 7 words:
“Stop letting your PLR folders collect digital dust.”
Then one idea per slide: turn it into a Reel, chop it into a newsletter, make a quick-start PDF, use it as a podcast outline and turn the main points into a carousel (yes, like the one you’re reading). The takeaway slide was “One article is actually five pieces of content,” which is pretty much my whole philosophy on PLR. There is so much more value and use in it, than people typically exploit.
Make It Yours!
Swap in your topic, your audience and what you want them to do.
Write an [NUMBER]-slide carousel post, slide by slide.
Topic: [WHAT IT TEACHES]
Who it's for: [YOUR AUDIENCE]
Platform: [WHERE YOU'RE POSTING]
Slide 1: a hook headline that makes them swipe, 8 words or fewer.
Slides 2-[X]: one idea per slide, a short headline plus one or two sentences.
Second to last slide: the one-line takeaway.
Last slide: a call to action to [SAVE / FOLLOW / COMMENT / CLICK].
Keep the text on every slide short enough to read on a phone in two seconds. Then give me a short caption to go with it.
The Line You Should Not Touch!
“Keep the text on every slide short enough to read on a phone in two seconds.”
Leave that one alone. A carousel slide with a paragraph is annoying and won’t serve you well.
Full Disclosure
The caption it wrote opened with “Most people buy PLR, post it once on their blog, and forget it exists.” AI loves the “Most People” line. It also stuffed seven hashtags at the bottom. Trim both.
You’ll still need to design the slides, so drop the text into Canva or your editor of choice. Want more out of the same article? The One-to-Ten workflow turns one post into a week of content.
Need Something To Carousel?
Running low on things to teach? That’s where my PLR shop comes in: done-for-you content you can put your name on and use as your own.
Go script one. Then watch people save it and never come back to it (it still counts).
