Planning a month of content is one of those jobs that always gets pushed to “tomorrow.” This prompt gets it done in one run.
Here’s the prompt from my toolbox. It plans your blog, social and email together, around what’s happening that month.
Build me a content calendar for November 2026.
My business: I sell printable planners and journal pages on Etsy
What I publish each week: 2 blog posts, 3 Facebook posts and 1 email
Tie it to what's actually happening that month for my buyers, like seasons, holidays and big shopping days. Keep each week connected, so the email points to that week's blog posts. Don't schedule anything on a major holiday itself.
Give it to me as a table with these columns: date, day of the week, channel, topic, and a one-line angle. Only use dates you're sure of, and flag any you're not.
I ran it in Gemini, and the dates checked out: Thanksgiving on Thursday the 26th, then Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday on the 30th. It left Thanksgiving Day empty like I asked, and each Friday email recapped that week’s blog posts.
It also caught something useful for a planner shop: people shop for next year’s planners in November, so it built a 2027 thread right through the month.
Make It Yours!
Swap in your month, your business and how often you publish.

The Line You Should Not Touch!
“Only use dates you’re sure of, and flag any you’re not.”
Leave that one alone. AI will cheerfully put a holiday on the wrong day, and this line makes it double-check itself. Check the big dates against a real calendar anyway.
What to watch for.
It got a little carried away. It invented a product I don’t have, a 40% off sale, a discount code and an “Only 6 hours left!” post. Swap in your real products and offers, and if you don’t want countdown posts, add “no fake urgency” to the prompt.
It also skipped Veterans Day on the 11th. If a date matters to your people, add it yourself.
Once your posts are written, the One-to-Ten workflow stretches each one across your other channels.
Need Content To Fill It?
A calendar is only as good as what goes in it. That’s what PLR is for. My shop has done-for-you content you can put your name on and use as your own.
Go build your month. Future you gets a lot less stressed out.
